Winter weather welcomed the Kirton Primary School Football Academy to Boston United in November!

The eight, talented footballers competed against 11 other schools in a 7-a-side football competition.

With a solid win, a hard-fought draw and one loss, the team didn’t quite reach the finals (lost out on goal difference!) but they put in a quality performance.

The defence never gave up, midfield ran the length of the pitch with tremendous effort and up-front, balls were sent flying towards the opponents goals on numerous occasions.

Team Kirton should be very proud of the way they represented the school. Well done everyone.
